Founder Profile
Ali Mohamed Qassem is the founder of Masirah Company. He has extensive hands-on experience in establishing and managing companies in Egypt and across the Gulf region. He built his career from the ground up and developed successful ventures in petroleum, lubricants, fuel distribution, construction, and real estate investment.
He led company formations, supervised major restructuring projects, and served as the exclusive agent and marketer for a global fuel station brand.
His military background shaped a leadership style grounded in discipline, responsibility, and decisiveness. He leads Masirah with a direct executive mindset and strong focus on measurable results.
